Card machine was broken, so payment was much more complicated than expected

"공용주차장옆이라 찾기 쉬워요. 수이샤부두 바로 옆이기도해요. 숙소가 넓고 깨끗하고 주인의 새심한 배려가 느껴지는 곳이였어요. 욕조 완전 넓고 좋은데 거기에 스파 입욕제까지 있었어요. 생산자 설명이 자세히 나와있는 차도 있고~ 무엇보다 아리산관련 질문하니 아리산까지 전화하셔서 답변 받아서 알려주셨어요. 오래 기억에 남을 숙소였어요."

Wifi was a bit slow, but not a big problem.

"Such a cool place to stay! Close to a few beautiful Ukrainian villages and walks. The staff and reception are 💯 helpful with everything. The food and bar is very good , polite and friendly waiting staff 🤍"

"Although a 30-40 minute bus ride from Chania town, Summer Lodge is a Fantastic place if you want to be away from the busy places. A peaceful and pretty hotel with a Lovely vibe...There are places nearby to get food and drink and the mostly deserted beach is just a few minutes walk away. The bus stops are close by also - So nothing was ever too much effort. The owners of the property were kind, chatty and helpful. And last but not least the two cats at the hotel were a Joy to be around !! If I get the chance to go back to Chania I would definitely stay at this hotel again !9"

Being near the main road, although handy can be a bit noisy at times but it never bothered me too much. The individual refrigerator in the room was very noisy and I did wake up to it a couple of times.

check in was a nightmare. I would recommend further clarity on check in. i got a taxi from the airport, which was €50 and was there before 9pm, but it was too late for reception. I appreciate English is not the first language of many. I had told them I would be in after 8pm as I had a late flight so they left my key at another hotel. Which I ddnt discover until I was at the location of Alex rooms. Which to be honest was very confusing. There was no answer to any message or calls to either location but someone helped me at the zwanneberg hotel. I was tired. There were no exterior lights at the location, so it was impossible to see the messages on the window by the door. So I had to walk to the other hotel, collect the key and walk back. I have limited mobility and suitcases, I was not pleased. But the room was lovely and quiet. It had a balcony which I didnt have time to sit in and the sun shone brightly the 2 days I was there. Apparently its normal for them to leave the key at another destination which could have been spelt out before I flew. This would have made the check in simpler for me. But overall a pleasant stay once I got over the getting in to the place.

"I\nLike to help clean and comfortable.The beds were and how obviously quiet they were meant to be.And the balcony was amazing addition. I found confusing.Where's the bathrooms had signs on them with specific numbers that seem to be assigned to room that were a little confusing.I'm not sure if there was a room there or if it was another room.It was a confusing sign that said number six or number five , but the bathroom souls probably could use more hooks on the wall , but other than that was great"

The bathrooms were numbered funny and also there was no hooks on the wall.In the big bathroom

"The location is great to stay in San Marino, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. It was very easy to find the place and to get in."

It would be nice to have a window in the room.

"The accommodation was near the SEA. Room článek every day ,including towels. A well equipped kitchen. The houskeeper was very pleasant and always to help us. We Will be happy to come back here. Thank you"

"The personal attention of the wonderful owner stood out for us. He went out of his way to collect us from the ferry and take us to the airport the next day. He provided us with a fabulous breakfast too - the best we’ve had over our whole trip. We loved meeting him and talking to him."

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

"Rooms are spread over several terraces with lots of flowers. We were on the top and had a great view. Being at elevation, it's nice and cool at night. No fans needed. Great new showers with good hot water. They have a pump system through which there is still water when the power is out. A generator is turned on if there is a power cut in the morning or evening. The restaurant is very good. During lunch it is particularly well visited. For breakfast and dinner it's primarily hotel guests. Great breakfast with lots of fruits and good bread. Dinner was a daily changing dish by a daily rotating local chef. Large parking lot. Nearby attractions are Monte Café and Cascata de São Nicolau."

We arrived right on the day of a big storm which primarily hit the highlands. For the next few days CST, the telephone company, was everywhere fixing lines. There was no wifi for the whole two days we were at the hotel. It is possible that this was a consequence of the storm. We made it work with mobile data. The hotel sells credits if you have a CST Sim card.

When it was raining a bit water dripping inside from roof. But it’s ok bcs I think that’s drawback from the building design.

"그동안 머문 숙소와 달리 홈스테이 느낌의 게스트하우스였습니다. 마슈로카 정거장에서 걸어가기 살짝 부덤스러운 거리지만 택시를 타도 부담없이 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 연세가 지긋하신 호스트께서 친절하게 안내해주시며 집처럼 편안하게 즐기라며 빵과 차를 내어 주시더라구요. 방은 넓고 깨끗해서 혼자 편하게 잘 지냈고요, 주방도 쓸 수 있어 간단히 식사도 해먹을 수 있어 좋았답니다. 집 옆에 바로 공원이 있어 일몰을 보며 산책하기 딱 좋았답니다. 동네 위쪽으로 쭈욱 걸어 올라가면 블락치를 한 눈에 내려다 볼 수 있는 언덕이 나옵니다. 시간 여유 있으신 분은 꼭 가보시고, 이식쿨의 호수 세곳도 각기 느낌이 다르니 가보시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 2개는 걸어서도 가능하고, 한 돗은 탹시를 타거나 103번 버스를 타면 앞까지 편하게 갈 수 있답니다."

주방이 조금만 정리되어 잇음 더 좋을 것 같아요.

"직원이 굉장히 친절하고 방에서 바라보는 시티뷰가 굉장히 아름다웠습니다 Wifi도 굉장히 빠르고 쾌적했습니다"

"This place is a real gem for bidget travelers! The apartment was renovated and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, the security is very high and the personnel was also super amicable!!🤍🤍🤍 It's quiet and is situated in a safe area - you can walk alone even at night there. The rooms are quite spacious and have enough sockets and furniture. There are a couple of stores around and even a local eatery with tasty food. The owner was ready to help with any questions and was super friendly too. Totally recommended!! 🫶🏼💕"
