The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"The breakfast was good and well balanced. The place has very beautiful villas. I like the privacy that the place provided. Great views. Great scenery Staff are very kind and professional. Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

"The rooms were very clean and the property overall was well maintained. Our rooms were seaside and the sunrise and sunset was quite a spectacular experience!"

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

Having no toilet facilities near the pool, having to get dressed go through the bar, down stairs to the only toilet available, also staff were using the toilets to change into their uniforms etc and vice versa

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "고조섬과 코미노섬을 바로 호텔앞에서 갈수 있고 훌륭한 수영장과 스파시설 무엇보다 아침식사가 최고인 호텔이였습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 체크인할때 음료로 영접해 주면 또한 체크아웃힐때 맛있는 과자를 선물로 받아 공항에서 좋은 간식이였습니다. 아침식사때 풍성한 과일을 먹을수 있어 좋았습니다."

아쉬운 부분은 호텔 방 침대의 메트리스가 조금 업그레이드 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 조금 적응하기 쉽지 않았습니다

"Very relaxing and cruisy vibes. Great walks and nature right at the door. The sun shines more here than Hong Kong central. 3 days was not long enough. Recommend 5 days here. Loved the ferry ride from the city and no cars on the island."

Building and construction in the area when we stayed. Too many wild cats.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.
