"We loved the location and the pool - the gardens were stunning and it has a really peaceful feel in a busy city. The staff were amazing and friendly - they were brilliant about our late check in and early check out and provided delicious food and cocktails. "Mohammad and Heba are great hosts! Communication in English is easy, and Heba provides most delicious traditional palestinian and jordanian food at dinner. Being on a hike without car, I strongly depended on their perfect organiziation of transfers. Sections of the Jordan Trail, and the holy mountain Tell Mar Elias are nearby and beautifully covered by flowers in spring. The guesthouse is conveniently located between the Ajloun Forest Reserve which is in hiking distance, and the old city of Ajloun with its magnificent castle. I had initially intended a short visit here, and finally stayed almost a week."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us around. There was private parking under a carport with a gate, which was great. The shower had endless hot water without messing around with a boiler; quite rare in Bosnia! A 2 minute walk away was a small shop with essentials."

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The matress is very hard and the bed is noisy with every movement. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good sleep because of this.

"The location is wonderful! The beautiful house where we rented a unit is right on the lake. The house is well-kept and beautiful. The weather was cold and a little foggy, which added to the atmosphere. In the summer, the residents walk 20 meters and are already in the lake, which invites swimming. The unit we got itself was quite small but sufficient. The breakfast was good. We stayed one night, but we would definitely go back there for a longer stay."

The surroundings of the house are not really beautiful, but we stayed here as an overnight stop between Cotonou and the Tanéka villages.

"Everything!! It was so well equipped; fabulous quiet air con, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare a 3 course meal. The swimming pool was heavenly and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful, always on hand or available on Whatsapp."

The only very slight negative was the hill to the property. We took it very slowly (we're getting on a bit!) but it still only took about 6 or 7 minutes. So not too much of a problem.

"This property and the owners, are now our favorite in Martinique. We were welcomed after a long day of travel. The owners kindly left us fruit, coffee, juice and a baguette for breakfast with the local tasty guave jam. So thoughtful. The house provided good size rooms, very comfortable Caribbean chairs, nice large bed, and wonderful outdoor seating with lush greenery, meticulously cared for, outside. To sit and have coffee and watch hummingbirds and others, while we looked at many kinds of tropical flowers was a great experience daily. Everything we wanted and needed in the house was at our fingertips. So much Martinique charm! We highly recommend to anyone visiting Martinique. And a short drive to the beaches, Jardin Balata, and top things to see on the island."
