We were waiting an hour and a half to get our room. Check-in is from 16h, but our room wasn't ready until 17h30...

"오래된 호텔이기는 하지만 비교적 깨끗하고 청소가 잘 되어있었습니다. 다른 휴양지의 5성급 호텔과 직접 비교하면 낡고 부족한 점이 많다는 점에는 동의하지만, 레위니옹에서 구할 수 있는 호텔 중에는 가장 크고 운영이 잘 되고있는 곳이었던 것 같아요. 3성급 정도로 기대하면 마음이 편안합니다. 특히 직원들이 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널했고, 조식과 저녁식사 모두를 포함한 음식이 정말 맛있었어요! 규모가 커서 호텔 안에서도 산책을 즐기기 좋았고, 바닷가나 다양한 상업시설들이 가까운 것도 좋았습니다."

화장실이 조금 더 넓고 쾌적하면 좋을 것 같아요. 아무래도 오래된 곳이다보니 조만간 시설의 리노베이션이 필요할 것 같기는 합니다.

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"제가 그동안 가봤던 올인 호텔에 비해 규모는 작았지만 있을건 다 있고 오히려 한곳이 다 모여있어서 동선이 효율적이라 노는데는 더 좋앗어요. 워터슬라이드는 정말 최고였고 음식은 기대안했는데 너무너무 괜찮았어요. 풀바 스낵도 좋았고 가격대비 그 이상으로 만족합니다."

"A truly beautiful villa with a pool. The modern features are incorporated very tastefully into the authentic setting. An excellent breakfast and a stunning private beach, almost empty, with fish swimming around."

"It was very clean and there was a range of different food and drink options which were all great. The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great view from our balcony."

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"Very comfy room and staff great"

Some current refurbishment meant some services not available and noise from building works.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. The staff is very friendly, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast and on the beach, everyone is very nice, especially Alice, Kin, and the "angel at the bar.""

The room's decor: the furniture is very large and heavy and takes up a lot of space.

"직원들도 매우친절했고 일찍도착하여 큰짐들을 맡기고 여행했는데 흔쾌히 맡고 미리 체크인도 진행하여 우리가 여행하는동안 안전하게 미리 숙소까지 옮겨다 두었으며 일행중 숙박중에 생일을 맞이한 분이 있었는데 알리지 않았는데도 파티에 쓸 와인 선물까지 너무나 고마웠습니다. 물론 시설도 완벽했습니다."

Beach is not great. One beach has only rocks and is not able to access safely. The other beach is sand, but kind of cloudy and shallow. Have to walker swim out a long way to get derp

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."
