"Staff!"

Hmmmm, maybe the view on the garden was quite poor.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"본관 건물이 아닌 길건너 다른 건물이었는데 객실 크기가 넓고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 호텔이다. 위치가 센트럴역에서 두정거장 떨어진 곳인데 미술관들 산책겸 걸어다니기 좋고, 조용한 동네라서 관광지가 아닌 현지인들처럼 지내기에 좋다. 근교로 기차 이용할 때 크고 복잡한 센트럴역 보다 zuid역을 이용하면 작은 역이라 환승 이동거리 짧아서 편했어요."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

다만 방을 들어가면 움직일 공간이 거의 없고 큰 침대가 전부입니다. 짐을 펼치기엔 공간이 협소합니다.
