"I loved the solitude and quietnesses of the area."

I did not like that thee properties were in the same enclosure and privacy became an issue after a family arrived two days before my departure. I felt uneasy to share the solitude and safety of the premises.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Felt like a private little complex which also the outside grounds pool etc was kept lovely Even see the odd monkey around the pool which was a bonus!"

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! (thanks so much for the coconuts!) -such a beautiful, Peaceful spot to relax Or explore! Thanks for having us!"

"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.

"방 깨끗하고 숙소가 크진 않지만 공용 공간을 예쁘게 해놨어요. 공항에서 걸어서 2분 거리인데 그래도 픽업 옵니다. 섬이 작아서 위치는 별로 중요하지 않아요~ 조식도 매일 조금씩 메뉴를 다르게 해서 주고, 저녁은 계속 숙소 식당에서 먹었는데 이 섬에서 5,6군데 식당을 가봤지만 여기서 먹는 것이 매우 괜찮은 옵션입니다. 직원들도 넘 친절하고 바로 옆집에 마트 있고 스노클링 장비도 빌릴수 있어요!"

"The check-in was smooth. Key was inside the key box, code of key box was provided. Villa is in a peaceful location. Big screen TV, Internet, netflix made stay more entertaining. Overall cozy stay."

"Kitchen was well equipped. Wish they had airfare."

It was winter, blankets were not enough and those that were there were quite short in length.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

I had have to pay for electricity, second bedroom was closed because we pay for couple. No key's to main gate, need's to ask landlord to open gate every time.
