That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

옆방 소음 및 윗층 나무바닥 걷는 소리에 잠을 깰 정도였던점. 샤워기 및 세면대 온수와 냉수를 각각 조절해야 하는 뒤처진 설비.

I paid $2000.00 for a 2 day stay, for 5 people. Not even a bottle of water for the short stay only to buy it at the gift shop down stairs $9.00 a bottle. Then they ask you before you check out to remove the bed linens from each bed, put used dishes in the dishwasher and run it,also take out the trash. I SAID NO WAY.
