"The property is minutes from the Main Street in Old Town but very quiet. The beds were comfortable, there was excellent hot water for the shower. Both Ivan and his mum were very friendly and communication was excellent. We were able to leave our bags early as exiting the airport was very efficient."

"The location was great! Shops and eateries are minutes away, yet it was far enough to be quiet. Love that it is a refurbished home in the historic city and they have air-conditioning and 2 toilets. Supplies like towels, etc., were kept in the ground floor cupboards. Everything was great! I would come stay here again! Note that the spiral stairs are narrow, so bring backpacks or just leave suitcases on the ground floor and bring what you need up to rooms. View is the opposite building, which is actually quite nice and different. The Old City has many, many stairs/steps up and down, weaving throughout the city and alleys. The alleys are clean, and some are wide enough for cafes and restaurants to set up tables and chairs for dining. Ivan was specific and helpful with the self check-in and check-out. Thanks, Ivan, for a great stay in your lovely flat!"

"The accommodation - nothing! Notes regarding foreign vehicles. If you are driving your own/rented vehicles into the city, please read up on restrictions and roads to avoid. Roads near the Old City have street cameras, and foreign cars may incur penalties and fines, driving in or parking. This is to prevent congestion for the locals who live there. I am not sure about the other roads, but there is this road called Zegrebacka Ul. It's a 2-way street till the Last Parking Garage. Then it becomes a one-way street, and that is restricted. You can use that parking garage to park."

Since we didn't get a parking space in front of the restaurant, they offered us a parking space in the garage, which is rented from them."

"This is an excellent and modern appartment (with all that you need) with a nice terrass and supermarkets nearby. It is located near many restaurants and a nice beach in a vibrant part of Dubrovnik. It is located outside the Old Town, but the bus (6) stops in front of the appartment and it takes only 15 minutes to the Old Town. Really recommend it!"
