"I had a fantastic stay at Ankawa Royal Hotel & Spa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. But what truly made my experience special was the reception staff. A huge thank you to Gorge and Nicklas, who were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and satisfied throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back the next time I’m in Erbil!"

"Great breakfast, super clean rooms and very quiet neighbourhood."

"The rooms warm up easily and it's difficult to get some air inside. If you're travelling in summer, you kinda have to sleep with the AirCon on to get some rest."

"Great location in the nice Aynkawa district, and very handy for the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was relatively basic but comfortable enough for us , and in line with expectation/price."

"Nice rooms, gives you all you need. Great location, restaurants nearby, as well as ATM (5min walk) and money exchange. It's easily reachable from the airport. To get to the city center it takes about 15min by taxi. I can recommend this hotel very much."

"This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the Middle East. It beats 5star hotels in Dubai, Qatar, Riyadh. Why? Because the service is excellent, the facilities are great, the location is fantastic but hotel really pushes above and beyond to provide a proper international experience. I would come back to Baghdad, not just because I enjoyed it so much, but just for the hotel too. Thank you Diane and everyone for making my stay so enjoyable. Wallahi I won’t forget this place!"
