"I recently spent three nights at a villa that had a mix of positives and negatives. The villa's design was outstanding, blending modern aesthetics with comfort seamlessly. The location was perfect, providing a serene environment that made for a peaceful getaway. Some staff members were exceptionally cordial, such as Ali at the reception, and all the staff operating the cable car were very accommodating. Drivers like Riyaz were also very fortunate and helpful."
"However, the experience was marred by the state of the villa's utensils, which were very old and in dire need of replacement. Additionally, the entire villa desperately needs maintenance. It was evident that it hadn't been properly maintained for a long time. Various fixtures and appliances were not functioning correctly, which was disappointing, especially after a long drive to get there. The staff experience was mixed, with some interactions being less than positive. A driver named Hemen was notably rude in his behavior, which was quite off-putting. Moreover, room service needs significant improvement. It was inconsistent and not up to the standard one would expect from such a property."

"We stayed in one of the lodges, a Swiss style chalet. It was very comfortable and modern, and definitely a unique experience in thr Kurdistan Region. If you want to get away to fresh air and a high quality resort this is the place for you. Everyone who works here is really friendly and helpful."
