"When you book a room, you expect three basic things - clean and comfy rooms, a good breakfast and approachable staff. And this stay had it all! The rooms were very nicely done and had a really pretty decor, the breakfast albeit simple was splendid, the reception was very warm and welcoming despite the language barriers between us. Nothing over the top but the thought put into their service shows they really care about their customers. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay!"

"The room was literally spotless, everywhere was super clean and the following days cleanings were perfect again. It was small because I have booked a single room, but comfortable enough for the solo traveler unless travelling with a large suitcase. The hotel had everything needed and all the people I met were very welcoming and supportive. Equipped with a modern bathroom. Hot water/tea/coffee machine self service at the dining area was very helpful when I come back from cold outside. The location was also good, a few minutes from the vaporetto station 'Ca' d'or ' and close to the Coop supermarket. Another vaporetto stop which takes to Murano/Burano islands were also walking distance."

"The single room (room #1) is located right next to the reception. Despite the owner's effort of setting up a double door, the noise was still there; I could hear all the conversation... It was okay for me spending most of time outside, but if you put more value in privacy and/or plan to stay long time in the hotel room (e.g. workation), it may not be a best match."

"Alla Vite Dorata is a wonderful place to stay in Venice. It’s located on a quiet dead-end street, so the area feels peaceful and calm. We were welcomed by Nicola, who explained everything clearly, shared helpful tips, and was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and even Netflix available. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was delicious, and you can enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the canal — a perfect start to the morning. We were especially touched by the amazing brownie and the bottle of Prosecco they gifted my wife for her birthday. A truly thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice!"

"The location is central, strolling distance to all the key landmarks yet the hotel is itself on a quiet end street, and I was given a room directly on the canal. The staff were really friendly, and since there was no booking for my room the next day, they even let me keep my luggage and room until lunchtime when I was to take the Alilaguna to the airport. My room was spacious, warm (even though it freezing cold and raining the last two days before)."
