"Stairs to property were very steep and narrow but manageable Noise from street continued each night until at least 2:00am then noise of people from about 5:30 am . Had to keep windows closed to keep noise out"

"The breakfast was very good. The location was handy for the station and we were able to pop back throughout the day which was helpful. We had a lovely meal at the trattoria."

"Check in was very easy. Location excellent. Breakfast provided was very satisfying and sitting by the canal in the early morning sunlight was very peaceful. It was raining when we first arrived, but we found umbrellas in the cupboard which made it more comfortable for walking around outside."

"The steps up into the apartment are extremely steep. We found it difficult to carry our luggage safely up the stairs and ended up packing our bags at the bottom of the stairs to get them down (we carried each of our packing sacks down the stairs and then put them in our bags at the bottom)."

"Location very good ideal to access all attractions. Room and facilities as described but little small. Stepped access may be difficult more those with limited mobility. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, perfectly fine on the restaurant terrace overlooking the grand canal a few minutes walk away."

"Very nice apartment located not far from Santa Lucia. Was a good starting point for the trips round the Venezia. Breakfast was served in the Tratoria nearby. It was served on the terrace near Canale Grande. Apartment was comfortable, although a bit tiny, but enough."

"We loved our stay. It is is a very nice area surrounded by restaurants and bars. It is a very easy walk from the bus and train station and about 20 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Our room was not huge but it was very clean and comfortable and we had the unexpected bonus of a kitchenette. The owners could not have been more helpful and it was lovely to have our breakfast each morning on a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal at their restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from our room. We also had dinner there and the food was very good. I would highly recommend."

"For the middle of Venice we could not fault it but there is a very steep staircase up to the room which may be a problem for some."

"The room was well-situated and had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided at a restaurant a few minutes walk away and was served at a table overlooking the Grand Canal. As we weren't flying until the evening, they kindly let us leave our cases at the restaurant until the afternoon."

"The room was quite noisy as it was on a busy thoroughfare that seemed to funnel all the noise upwards. It was reduced greatly with the windows and shutters closed. There was air-conditioning if it got too hot."
