"The place was exactly as described. Super clean, great water pressure and hot water. Great amenities and wonderful host. I have not one complaint, location was great and as a single female I felt very safe staying here. Close to everything I needed to be near to. Huge bed can easily fit 4 people. Amazing view from the balcony at night."

"The price is high for a building still under construction. The environment around the property was disappointing. We wish it could be cleaned and designed up as soon as possible. Great potential to become unique."

"Its the perfect location If you have an appointment with the Embassy of the United States. Its super clean and quiet property... Have a very nice sight seeing of Jamaica at night time even in the morning."

"The only thing is that If you dont have a car, the property is on top of hill. It will be very difficult to climb (for my age 😂) If you are going to the main city by walking."

"Our host, Lorna, was absolutely marvellous and friendly. She ensured we were comfortable and well settled, even assisted us with a pick-up and drop-off driver. The room was adequately spacious, and the facilities had the necessary amenities to ensure a simply personalised stay. Quiet and central location. Will definitely return."

"The location in the hills gives a great view of Kingston. The room is exactly as described, spacious, well furnished, and modern. Also felt safe with the secure lock systems. Large drive in case you need to park off road."

"Nice & very clean apartment in Snow Hill. Everything was as described and we had a great 6 nights at Tim Pappie's (Kai's place) as a group of 3. Kai's place is located on the third floor, so you get a great view to the sea from the balcony and feel like you are in a tree house above the trees. The building seems very new and reliable, we experienced a 5,0 earthquake but felt very safe. The outside felt lush, comfortable, authentic, and welcoming with lots if plants and birds. We had interactions with Andrea (Housekeeping) and Sangela & Nelly (Owners) who where all super friendly and forthcoming. We would happily stay here again with a maximum of 2 adults, since the sofa is not an ideal bed. Only remark i have: light sleepers should bring a sleeping mask because the apartment can be pretty bright & the dogs a little active at night."

"The host Sangela was super friendly. There was a mix-up for the reservations and they were able to work out an alternative. The studio was spacious enough for 2 people, very clean. Nice to have AC and hot water. It's a quiet and convenient location for our trip."
