"시설은 기대했던 것보다 훨씬 훌륭했습니다. 숙소 위치는 호불호가 갈릴 수 있겠지만, 저희처럼 렌터카를 이용하고 조용하고 한적한 휴식을 선호하는 여행객에게는 오히려 큰 장점으로 다가올 것입니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 전용 주차 공간이 마련되어 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 이곳의 숨겨진 매력은 단연 전망입니다. 지대가 높아 숙소 앞 마당에서 건물 옆으로 보이는 유후인의 풍경이 가슴을 탁 트이게 합니다. 체크인 과정은 매우 간편했습니다. 미리 이메일로 받은 비밀번호로 현관 앞 열쇠 보관함을 열고 쉽게 입실할 수 있었습니다. 청소 상태는 가족 모두가 만족할 만큼 깨끗하고 청결했습니다. 온천 시설 또한 최고였습니다. 노천탕과 실내 목욕탕 모두 넓고 깊이가 충분하여 프라이빗하게 온천을 마음껏 즐길 수 있었습니다. 어메니티가 종류별로 모두 구비되어 있어 따로 준비할 필요가 없었으며, 욕실에 준비된 세탁 건조기 덕분에 빨래까지 해결할 수 있어 매우 유용했습니다. 주방 시설 역시 완벽했습니다. 가족이 사용하기에 충분한 수량의 식기는 물론, 밥솥, 오븐 레인지, 토스터기, 냉장고 등 모든 조리 도구가 잘 갖춰져 있어 밖으로 나가지 않고도 편안하게 식사를 해결할 수 있었습니다. 이곳의 핵심 키워드는 단연 **'집과 같은 편안함'**입니다. 가족과 함께 맛있는 음식을 준비하고, 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그며, 자연 속에서 온전히 휴식할 수 있어 정말 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 다음 여행에도 꼭 다시 방문할 계획입니다."

"침실이 위층에 있는데 계단이 안전해보이지 않았어요. 집 주변에 아무것도 없고 숲만 있고요. 다행히 마을이 그리 멀지 않아 다행입니다. 차를 렌트해야 편하게 이용할 수 있는 곳입니다!"

"No breakfast provided but the villa offers a lot of cooking equipment. Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa."

"Maybe can provide more detail about the check-in, like the key box need to push the password and the front door has two keyholes to open. The upper bed is too close to the lower bunk！ It makes pressure and one child bumped into the upper bed when he got up. There is no sink to wash in the 2nd floor restroom."

"Amazing modern spacious apartment. Loved the bathroom onsen and balcony pool. The mountain views are stunning. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to konbini too. Felt like a 5 star resort. The only thing was not being able to turn off the hallway lights at night was bright while sleeping but that's minor. Overall loved our time at Terra Pool house."

"More hangers would be appreciated. There was almost no place to hang the washed clothes or swim suits. The lights in the hallway cannot be turned off and hence my family sleeping in the tatami room and sofa bed had to sleep in bright light. Would be nice if the host can fix it."
