"The room we booked was as shown and it is in a great central location. The staff were always lovely and the front desk was very helpful and booked a couple of private excursions for us. The air conditioning worked great and the bedding was changed every day."

"The water temperature on the shower was difficult to regulate and the television reception was terrible so we could not use it. The included breakfast was not great."

"Fantastic hospitality. The staff was super supportive. Food was nice. Best location."

"Pool chlorine level was a bit high but I told management and they resolved it quickly"

"The location was great (less than 10 mins walk into the old town), the staff were great, friendly and helpful and lots of choice at breakfast. The pool area was very nice and generally quiet, and the hotel itself has a laidback, relaxed vibe. It’s also exceptional value for money. I loved Siem Reap and I’d definitely stay in this hotel again."

"It’s a little bit tired and the rooms generally could do with a refresh but this didn’t affect our visit at all and the place is amazing value for money its not so important."

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Very nice buffet breakfast with a good selection of savoury dishes and fruit plus a cook to do fresh eggs. Nice comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the pool (great for cooling off after a long day exploring the ruins). Located about 5-10 min easy walk to the night market/pub street. Excellent value accommodation."
