"Pool side room, with a view out onto the beach and sea. Lovely spot at the start of Kep town. Great bar where you could view the world go by. Easy tuk-tuk to the crab market and some of the best food you'll ever have (Kampot pepper crab). kep is VERY quiet, but we really liked it!"

"Loved my room on the ground floor by the pool, the room was fresh and clean. The food was good, both the breakfasts (many dishes to choose from) and the lunch and dinner I had. The staff were friendly and nice. Very close to the bus stop to/from Siem Reap or Ha Thien. 1.5 km from the main area of Kep, but it’s walkable or a cheap tuktuk ride away. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location was perfect and the view of the ocean awesome. The upstairs room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom a little basic but very functional and continuous hot water. The restaurant was well placed to enjoy the ocean view. The pool was a decent size and very clean. The hotel manager extremely helpful and arranged transport for us as required."

"The beachfront location was wonderful with uninterrupted views of the sea. The hotel has a simple rustic charm. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice, although a bit limited was really good as quite different from the usual fare offered in most hotels. Food was really good in the restaurant at night with a varied menu and delicious cocktails. I especially liked the unlimited cold water from the stations on each floor meaning no plastic bottles. If you want a get a peaceful beach holiday then I recommend it, but there's not much else to do in Kep apart from the mountain behind which was great for sunset photos. Tuk Tuks available to take you a 40 min trip to Kampot if you wanted more vibe and things to see and do."

"The bathroom could do with some TLC especially the shower area. Had to take care with the shower as its a pump system and could get very hot very quickly but OK once you got used to it."
