"20년 전 앙코르 와트를 보고 좋아서 가족과 함께 왔습니다. 6명이 3룸을 사용했는데 저 포함 가족들이 호텔 너무 좋았다고 하네요. 직원들은 항상 친절했고 따뜻했습니다. 조식도 정갈하고 괜찮았어요. 호텔 주변 환경도 좋고 위치도 메인거리와 멀지 않아 걸어다니기 좋았어요. 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 다음에 시엠립에 온다면 다시 오고싶은 호텔입니다."
"조식이 맛있고 정갈했지만 5박을 하다보니 물리는 감이 있어요. 한국 투숙객이 꽤 있던데 김치를 준다거나 매일 조금씩 변화를 줬으면 어땠을까 생각했어요. 스파에서 마사지를 받는데 전문성이 조금 떨어져 아쉬웠어요. 그외 모든 점은 만족입니다."

"직원 분들이 힐링 그 자체. 억지미소가 아니라 찐 상냥하신 미소. 굉장히 친절하시고 숙소가 깨끗하고 매우 넓음!! 침대시트와 이불이 매우 하얗다. 샤워기 헤드 안바꾸고 그냥 썼는데도 물이 석회가 아니라 깨끗하고 좋은 느낌. 아침 조식의 스크램블 에그와 볶음 쌀국수가 제일 맛있었음. 호텔 가면 웰컴 드링크와 함께 주변에 마트랑 박물관 등 대략적인 위치를 소개해주시며 지도도 주심. 수영복 꼭 챙겨서 수영하세요 전 안가져가서 후회함."

"I had an incredible stay at Koulen Hotel. The resort has such a great holiday vibe, with a stunning pool and beautifully spacious rooms. The bathrooms are huge and everything throughout the hotel is spotless. What really made the stay special was the staff. Especially Bo, who went above and beyond for us!They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They helped organise day tours, recommended fantastic restaurants, and made everything so easy. The hotel tuk tuks also made getting around Siem Reap simple and convenient. They truly made our stay memorable for all the right reasons. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cambodia."
