"- 미리 요청하면 씨엠림 버스터미널에서 호텔까지 무료 픽업서비스 이용 가능 - 리셉션에 일하는 직원들이 친절함 - 펍 스트리트와 적당히 가까운 점 - 호텔 근처에 식당 및 카페 등이 여럿 있는 점 - 호텔 입구 근처에 바이크를 무료로 주차할 수 있는 점(호텔 보안직원이 24시간 상주하고 있어 도난으로부터 안전함) - 투숙객이 이용할 수 있는 수영장과 선베드 - 오전에 세탁물을 맡기면 저녁에 세탁물을 찾을 수 있었음(물론 호텔 밖 세탁소가 더 저렴함) - 긴 숙박기간 중 어느 날, 일부 몰상식한 서양인이 만들어내는 큰 소음이 20:00부터 시작하여 01:00가 넘도록 계속되어서 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었는데 리셉션 직원이 임시로 다른 방에서 잘 수 있게 조치해준 점 (앙코르와트 일출을 보기 위해 새벽 5시에 일어나 출발해야 했기에 이른 저녁부터 자려고 했으나 결국 잠을 3~4시간 밖에 자지 못함)"
"- 엘레베이터가 없어 계단을 이용해야 함 - 28인치 캐리어를 펼치려면 호텔 룸 현관에서 침실까지 이어진 좁은 복도에서 펼칠 수 밖에 없는 객실 크기 - 개인적인 신념으로 3~4일에 한번만 룸 클리닝을 요청하는데 일정을 마치고 돌아와보니 매트리스 및 베개 시트가 교체되지 않고 쓰레기통만 비워진 점(청소 담당자가 퇴근한 뒤라 리셉션 직원 1명 및 다른 업무 담당자 1명이 교체해주셔서 팁을 드렸음)"

"The staff went above and beyond for us, booked our trips, always so polite and checking in. Our room was cleaned everyday, the pool was spotless with gorgeous loungers. Such a quiet spot yet so close to everything. We booked an extra night because we loved it so much. All the staff were constantly smiling and so nice. A special mention to Ms Kim Ey and Ms Srey Meas. Two amazing ladies🥰"

"Nice location close to Pub Street, but still on a rather quiet street. Helpful staff, especially at the restaurant. Good selection of à la carte dishes — everything we tried was very tasty. The hotel also helped us book a taxi to and from the airport, which was cheaper than via Grab."
