"The manager is superb. He will greet you on arrival if he is not busy. He genuinely cares for all of his guests. The staff are also all well trained, and helpful. They will give you their Telegram contact details on arrival. If you have even a minute query, just send a message on Telegram and they will respond immediately and take action if required. When you visit the pool, please take your camera as the view is exceptional. The coffee shop doubles as a mini-mart and has all the essentials if you need them. I had a salmon rice cake and a croissant for breakfast, with a coffee. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The location is quiet, but you can walk to many excellent restaurants within ten minutes."

"個室の水周りの設備や使いやすいキッチン、トイレや洗濯機、エアコン、防音なとなど設備は大変素晴らしく、高級ホテル並みでした。 居室もコンセントも充分、収納も作り付けのものがたくさんあり、住みやすく、快適でした。 30階のスチームサウナ、ドライサウナ、ジャグジーも充分楽しめました。 屋上もプールやBARスペースがあり、一般の方々にも登録制にして利用していただくのも良いかと思いました。"

"1階にコンビニもあるので、旅行先で何か足りない場合も気軽に買い物が出来てとても助かりました。また屋上から見る景色もとても綺麗で、プールに入りながらゆっくり過ごす時間はとても優雅な時間となります。室内も丁寧に掃除されていて、清潔感があり、冷蔵庫・テレビ・トイレのウォシュレット・洗濯機など十分な設備が伴っており快適に過ごすことが出来ました。"
