"No lift is a bit annoying as there are so many floor, but that’s the only thing really. The area around the rooftop pool needs a good clean, so that you could see through the glass at the view."

"The “Hostel” felt like more of a holiday resort! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean and had such nice decor. We were in the private wing and the hallways were lit with scented candles it just felt so premium! The pools were great too, there were 3 in the main part and one in the private. We also loved all the activities the hostel provided and organised, the staff were so friendly and helpful. So practical having a restaurant there too, with great food!"

"Maybe the restaurant service is really slow, even when it’s busy. We waited nearly an hour for our breakfast at 7am. We didn’t put a “clean my room” sign on our door, but the cleaners would knock on the door at 8am to ask if you want the room cleaned. Good to offer the service but if the signs are there and not put out, it’s best to not disturb."

"I never expected, when i book a place for staying, to be so good welcome by the reception staff - all of this smiley and great people did their job perfectly, Cleaning staff briliant, bar and restaurant great! Bathrooms were more than perfect for me - privacy- clean spaces there. The place is near to the most famous in the city, and 10-15 minutes to Angkhor Wat with tuk tuk. I definitely recommend that place, in near future ill visit again!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a taxi I booked accross the road from the hotel. It was 5am and I was waiting for the taxi to pick me up, the receptionist at Onederz asked me if he could help, I told him what happened and he called the driver who didn't speak English and within 15 minutes the taxi was waiting outside the hotel."

"I liked everything about the place. Swimming pools, restaurant, activities and I went for a tour without guide that they organised and it was great"

"It’s a great hostel which as others have said , is actually more like a hotel. The private rooms are pretty spacious with a lovely big bed. Nicely done bathroom. My room had a balcony with it overlooking the pool. Great room cleaning and fresh towels each day. The food is very good and reasonably priced. As are the drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all seem really happy to work here. It has a great atmosphere and a good selection of activities. The location is superb and there are always tuk tuks outside."

"In hindsight, I should have asked to move rooms to a quieter part of the hostel as it’s quite noisy in the bar area until midnight and when you’re booked onto a sunrise tour at 4:30am , you’re going to be exhausted !"
