"Larissa is very responsive and helpful, she was the best, her English is very good, she speaks Russian too. The place was very clean, spacious and cozy and perfectly warm for winter time. The kitchen had all the amenities, the bathroom too, we had everything we needed, it was perfectly equipped. The neighbourhood was very good and 10 min walk from the underground and very close to many bus stops, the location is very convenient. Best place ever! Greetings from Spain!"

"Everything was as it was said. Very clean and warm apartment in the very centre of Almaty you can easily walk around and visit park 28 Panfilov the Green Market and Arasan spa. Next to the apartment there are two of the major pedestrian streets Arbat str. and Panfilov str. where you can find right next to you restaurants bars and all kind of shops if you needed. Metro station zhibek zholy is 5 minutes walking from the apartment and there a lot of bus stops to visit around the city. Natalia the owner is there to make you comfortable as much as she can by providing you with all the important info. Thanks you a lot Natalia i had a great stay 😊❤️."
