"Beautiful property, relaxing atmosphere, wonderful walks in the forest. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were excellent."
"Most staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Some Front Office Staff were not very helpful, their English was poor in some cases, and sometimes it felt as though you were disturbing them.... which is not good at all. The room I booked was meant to have Tea and Coffee/kettle etc, but I had to ask for it at least 3 times. Was told they only had 1 extra kettle and someone else had claimed it. Eventually after the 3rd attempt and many many excuses the kettle was placed in my room. I would have given an excellent review throughout but this incident took away from the overall score."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this time I came with a friend to enjoy the spa. As always, everything was perfect – the rooms and facilities are spotless, everything works well, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very delicious, the restaurant is great, and the spa is simply amazing. The surroundings are quiet, and the beautifully maintained garden makes the place even more special. I will definitely come back again!"
