"It was a very perfect accomodation. Large rooms, lots of space. Wunderful bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing mashine. Great bathroom. And a nice shadow balcony. Free parking. We loved to stay there. The owner is a very friendly person. We met him and also we messaged through whatts app. Definitly we will come back one day."

"Proximity to Marigot was great. Beach outside the door.👍 Great pool.👍 Great room with sweet balcony to have morning coffee or any meal, read on chaise or dry ur bathing suits etc."

"Need more sharp knives of different sizes/types for cutting pineapple or melon or carrots or meat or bread. All the rest of kitchen great"

"Localisation : supermarchés et restaurants à proximité Piscine propre et très agréable Plage privée belle, propre et très agréable Parking en face de la résidence avec des stationnements disponibles Transats de plage à disposition dans l’appartement Fil pour étendre le linge sur le balcon Ambiance conviviale dans la résidence Mise à disposition de draps et serviettes de rechange Bon rapport qualité prix Disponibilité des propriétaires en cas de questions"

"Le ménage aurait pu être mieux réalisé (quelques grosses toiles d’araignées) Oreillers et draps tachés Contenant de savon pour les mains vides dans la SDB donc pas possibilité de se laver les mains avec du savon avant d’en avoir acheté en magasin (j’ai moyennement apprécié cela après avoir fait + de 12h de voyage) Pas de PQ Proximité du logement avec un quartier pas très bien fréquenté de St Martin (Soundy ground) donc nuisance sonore nocturne (passages de motos dans la rue) et présence de personnes étrangères sur la plage dite “privée” (présence d’un agent de sécurité le dimanche)"

"Il ne manquait de rien, tout y était et surtout le tout fonctionnait! La télé, l’internet, les électroménagers 👌 Alex et Désirée sont adorable et accessible en tout temps. C’est très grand avec de belles grandes pièces. On s’y sent en sécurité. C’est super bien insonorisé on n’entend aucunement les voisins! Mise à part la musique du rainbow les week-end bien évidemment mais ça, ce n’est pas leur faute!"

"Place has a great vibe, clean, well equipped and the owners are really nice. A welcome drink was waiting for us on the first day. We even received a souvenir. Nespresso machine is a huge plus too. The promotional photos are very nicely done, but it still did not disappoint us in real life. Some photos from other users made the place look bad, don't look at those. It's in a very safe area. Sometimes others took the parking spot in front of us, but we always found another spot within a 30 second walk."

"Uitstekende locatie, vlak aan het strand. Goede bedden, goede douche. Voldoende plek om gezellig te zitten op het balkon. Prima keuken."

"Gute Lage, kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe, in den man alles kaufen kann ( die Preise sind in Ordnung, wie z.B. in Deutschland) , tolle Restaurants direkt gegenüber, zum Strand 100 Meter. Eine französische Bäckerei direkt unten. Frisörsalon, Kosmetiksalon…. Das Apartment war sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine hohe offene Balkendecke, sodass es sich sehr großzügig wirkte.Es gab alles, was man braucht und mehr: Geschirrspülmaschine , Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine…… Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns vieles interessantes über die Insel und die Umgebung erzählt."
