"The setting is so beautiful. The beach is small but works perfect for the hotel and is the perfect pacific golden sand with few waves. Rooms are so clean and newly refurbished. The balconies of all rooms face the sea and is lovely to watch the sunrise."

"There is no drinking water available for free. You only can buy a tiny bottle for £4!. More courtesy water would be good."

"The position is superb, next to a forest area in a quiet bay. Not in the main Acapulco area, which was fine by us. Lobby area/ bar is lovely, open and airy. Small but clean beach. Absolutely lovely staff and we had a package that included a great breakfast and free drinks 6-7 pm ! They have a hotel Cat who is really cute."

"There was some building works going on , some kind of pagoda restaurant, will be lovely when it’s done but was a bit noisy at times. Didn’t affect our stay really."

"They had wonderful staff that were very polite and mostly good at delivering great service. The men assisting with bags were great. The room had exceptional amenities and the room surprised me as it was actually better than what I was expecting. The view from our room was incredible. The shower/ bath was perfect and easy to use with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. They even had a hair dryer. The Marriott logo on the toilet roll was also a nice touch. The fridge was very useful and the complementary water was appreciated. The gym facilities were reasonably good for a 5-star hotel and were very spacious. The pool was also great. Breakfast was also exceptional according to my friend."

"The garlic soup is amazing, the food overall is great, their hamburgers are fantastic. I had an upgraded suite, so I found myself in a much nicer room than normal, but I definitely love it."

"Good beds, big room, clean, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We liked especially the brunch on Sunday. Even a swimming pool outside with garden, so you can sit outside without leaving the hotel. Bottles of water in the room and bathroom. Easy to get an Uber from here."
