"All was good. Breakfast was good. Room was small but it was due to fitting a king bed in it, which was very nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"I hate staying at hotels that insist on photocopying my I.D. It puts me at such a risk for identity theft. I understand that they have to see my ID in order to verify that I am me, but copying it is an infringement. I reluctantly allowed the front desk to do so this time but frankly I won't stay twice at any place that insists on doing this, as Best Western does."
