"The staff was great. We had a small issue in the room (it was a bit dirty and humid) but they quickly reacted, fixed the problem and gave us free massages for the inconvenience. The pool was awesome, the food was really good (surprising for an all-inclusive), my kids loved Star Camp and the people staying at the hotel were good. Great option for family vacations!"

"The morning tide went all the way to the limit of the hotel, so you virtually didn't have much options to go to the beach before noon. After that, the beach was ok. Rooms looking at the beach were very humid but the concierge offered us a dehumidifier and that helped a ton!"

"- Initial Cleaning was not so good, after we were in the room they cleaned properly - Bathroom - shower pressure & sink faucet (too short to be able to wash hands properly) - Lamp above sofa broken - Elevators - only one for the whole „beach front“ building and very small (same elevator for staff and guests, meaning the cleaning ladies with their trolleys)"

"In general, the property was in good shape. Restaurants were nice and the main lobby looks lovely. Staff was very kind and nice."

"The elevator to the beach was out of order all the week, making it harder for our fathers to enjoy the beach. Very few places with shadow in the pool, we will enjoy a lot more it if some type of cover was available, like a canopy or similar. We felt that the hotel was understaffed: service at restaurants was slow, room service was done at 16.00 hrs or even later. I complained several times about this, but it was useless. One time our children were so tired that they felt sleep in the lobby bar because at 17.00 hrs our rooms were not cleaned."

"Falta que una de las albercas sea solamente para adultos. El baño no estaba en las mejores condiciones (olor a cañería). Vi como la camarera hacía las camas y echaba las sábanas al piso y las volvía a poner, eso me pareció lo peor de mi estancia. Mejorar el servicio de camastros y sombrillas en la playa, hay que estar buscan al personal, no siempre están presentes."
