"시설도 깨끗하고 옥상정원이 편안하고 좋았습니다.기눌도 잘 갖추어져있고 고급입니다. 타올도 충분하고 모두 완벽합니다."

"입구 철문은 벨을 눌러 직원이 꼭 열어주어야 하기에 출입시 불편합니다. 와이파이가 잘 안될때가 있습니다."

"The location was great (but noisy during the day), short walking distance to Soriana supermarket and oxo downstairs. Good connection to local buses for Cholula and CAPU bus station. Short walk to the historic centre Very friendly staff with good english. The room was spacious and the kitchen and dining area was nice, too. We had room 104. On request we got some detergent to wash our dishes."

"The room could do with an upgrade, the ware and tare is just sad to see, it wouldn't take much to replace the fake leather bed heads etc."

"Está lindo, práctico, silencioso y buena ubicación"

"Lo reservamos para 4 personas y solo está adecuado para dos personas, dos copas, dos toallas… Si hay dos camas matrimoniales. El agua de la regadera tardo muchoooooo en calentar y solo estuvo tibia. Que solo es una tarjeta y con esa se activa la luz del cuarto, y si dos o tres quieren salir dejan a quien se queda sin luz, o quien se queda tiene que estar al pendiente de que regresen y no hay tiemble entonces es estar al pendiente de escuchar la puerta. No tiene estacionamiento, hay uno a media cuadra pero fuimos en año nuevo y el día 1ero no abrían."
