"No Air condition. In january every late afternoon a very strong breeze came Up calming down in the night between 2 and 3 o clock. The noise amplified by the metal roof was extra."

"the access road is pretty rough, but otherwise the property is great. I was unhappy that the porter who took our bags to the room then stood there waiting for a tip, not in the Southern African tradition, but perhaps they dont want local guests? There was a mess at checkout as Booking.com had not processed the last minute payment, despite me having a confirmation email, took 45 minutes to sort out which, when driving 6 hours, is not ideal"

The Restaurant, Service & Kitchen Staff provides a excellent tasty Food Menus and a large south African Wine List. All empowered and maintained by a perfect and professional skilled Team. They all provide a high Service Level and are very friendly staff."

"The wind that comes up late afternoon is crazy.. and we were given the rooms right in the worst spot of the wind channel. So, make sure you specify not to get rooms 5 or 6."
