"몰에서 숙소로 걸어서 이동하기에도 안전했고, 아침엔 해변을 따라 산책도 가능했다 숙소 주변은 각국의 대사관들이 많이 있어 아침움동을 하는 사람들을 많이 만났다. 세탁서비스가ㅠ있었는데 너무 깨끗하게 얼룩을 지워주시고 다림질까지 너무 만족스러웠다"

아침식사의 종류가 적었고 2일 아후에는 계란후라이가 안된다고 해서 아쉬웠다

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

Having no toilet facilities near the pool, having to get dressed go through the bar, down stairs to the only toilet available, also staff were using the toilets to change into their uniforms etc and vice versa

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. The staff is very friendly, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast and on the beach, everyone is very nice, especially Alice, Kin, and the "angel at the bar.""

The room's decor: the furniture is very large and heavy and takes up a lot of space.

"Huge, beautiful and clean room (better than the photos), so many things to do (game room, animation, water park) beautiful landscape and views. Especially loved the forest next to the beach."

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. "The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."
