"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"직원들도 매우친절했고 일찍도착하여 큰짐들을 맡기고 여행했는데 흔쾌히 맡고 미리 체크인도 진행하여 우리가 여행하는동안 안전하게 미리 숙소까지 옮겨다 두었으며 일행중 숙박중에 생일을 맞이한 분이 있었는데 알리지 않았는데도 파티에 쓸 와인 선물까지 너무나 고마웠습니다. 물론 시설도 완벽했습니다."

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

"몰에서 숙소로 걸어서 이동하기에도 안전했고, 아침엔 해변을 따라 산책도 가능했다 숙소 주변은 각국의 대사관들이 많이 있어 아침움동을 하는 사람들을 많이 만났다. 세탁서비스가ㅠ있었는데 너무 깨끗하게 얼룩을 지워주시고 다림질까지 너무 만족스러웠다"

아침식사의 종류가 적었고 2일 아후에는 계란후라이가 안된다고 해서 아쉬웠다

"아침식사는 만족스러웠으나, 조금 아쉬운 점은 아시아 국가인 대한민국 사람으로 아시아 음식이 조금이나마 준비가 되었으면 하는 아쉬움이 조금 남았습니다. 세계적으로도 어디에서나 찾을 수 있는 김치라든지, 쌀국수 같은 아시아계 음식들도 준비해주셨으면 하는 생각이 듭니다."

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"제가 그동안 가봤던 올인 호텔에 비해 규모는 작았지만 있을건 다 있고 오히려 한곳이 다 모여있어서 동선이 효율적이라 노는데는 더 좋앗어요. 워터슬라이드는 정말 최고였고 음식은 기대안했는데 너무너무 괜찮았어요. 풀바 스낵도 좋았고 가격대비 그 이상으로 만족합니다."

"It was very clean and there was a range of different food and drink options which were all great. The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great view from our balcony."

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"수상 방갈로 최고입니다. 뉴칼레도니아에서는 무조건 이 수상방갈로 숙소가 최고입니다. 선셋도 이쁘고 오전엔 거북이와 물고기들과 수영하면 힐링되고 행복합니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 청결도도 높았어요. 또 오고 싶어요. 👍👍👍"

리셉션과 라운지등에 모기가 있어요. 물리면 간지럽고 많이 부어요. 다행히 방갈로 객실에는 없었어요.

"오래된 호텔이기는 하지만 비교적 깨끗하고 청소가 잘 되어있었습니다. 다른 휴양지의 5성급 호텔과 직접 비교하면 낡고 부족한 점이 많다는 점에는 동의하지만, 레위니옹에서 구할 수 있는 호텔 중에는 가장 크고 운영이 잘 되고있는 곳이었던 것 같아요. 3성급 정도로 기대하면 마음이 편안합니다. 특히 직원들이 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널했고, 조식과 저녁식사 모두를 포함한 음식이 정말 맛있었어요! 규모가 커서 호텔 안에서도 산책을 즐기기 좋았고, 바닷가나 다양한 상업시설들이 가까운 것도 좋았습니다."

화장실이 조금 더 넓고 쾌적하면 좋을 것 같아요. 아무래도 오래된 곳이다보니 조만간 시설의 리노베이션이 필요할 것 같기는 합니다.

"내륙에 들어간 곳에 위치해 있고, 후반에는 약간의 비포장길을 달려야 합니다. 하지만 11월까지 눈이 쌓이진 않는다고 합니다. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 혼성 도미토리의 더블 침대에서 잤는데 침대 역시 아늑하고, 공기도 좋습니다. 공용 주방이 없어 식사를 해야 하고, 약 4500ISK 정도 가격이고 아주 맛있었다. 작지만 사우나와 야외 욕조가 있어 쉴 수 있었고, 식당과 작은 박물관 역시 편안했다."

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.
