"오래된 호텔이기는 하지만 비교적 깨끗하고 청소가 잘 되어있었습니다. 다른 휴양지의 5성급 호텔과 직접 비교하면 낡고 부족한 점이 많다는 점에는 동의하지만, 레위니옹에서 구할 수 있는 호텔 중에는 가장 크고 운영이 잘 되고있는 곳이었던 것 같아요. 3성급 정도로 기대하면 마음이 편안합니다. 특히 직원들이 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널했고, 조식과 저녁식사 모두를 포함한 음식이 정말 맛있었어요! 규모가 커서 호텔 안에서도 산책을 즐기기 좋았고, 바닷가나 다양한 상업시설들이 가까운 것도 좋았습니다."

화장실이 조금 더 넓고 쾌적하면 좋을 것 같아요. 아무래도 오래된 곳이다보니 조만간 시설의 리노베이션이 필요할 것 같기는 합니다.

Beach is not great. One beach has only rocks and is not able to access safely. The other beach is sand, but kind of cloudy and shallow. Have to walker swim out a long way to get derp

"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"Very well maintained"

The pool was not open. I asked very day but the reception staff failed to tell me that the hotel had an arrangement where they would take you to a different hotel to use the pool at no charge . I was also told that I didn’t need to check out of my room until 12 noon but I then received I call saying I should have to check out by 12 am .

"제가 그동안 가봤던 올인 호텔에 비해 규모는 작았지만 있을건 다 있고 오히려 한곳이 다 모여있어서 동선이 효율적이라 노는데는 더 좋앗어요. 워터슬라이드는 정말 최고였고 음식은 기대안했는데 너무너무 괜찮았어요. 풀바 스낵도 좋았고 가격대비 그 이상으로 만족합니다."

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

욕실 세면대 물 새고 방에 작은 개미 많음, 밤엔 어쩔 수 없는 외부 소음(음악소리)

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"I think breakfast could have been a bit more varied"

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"Very comfy room and staff great"

Some current refurbishment meant some services not available and noise from building works.

"고조섬과 코미노섬을 바로 호텔앞에서 갈수 있고 훌륭한 수영장과 스파시설 무엇보다 아침식사가 최고인 호텔이였습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 체크인할때 음료로 영접해 주면 또한 체크아웃힐때 맛있는 과자를 선물로 받아 공항에서 좋은 간식이였습니다. 아침식사때 풍성한 과일을 먹을수 있어 좋았습니다."

아쉬운 부분은 호텔 방 침대의 메트리스가 조금 업그레이드 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 조금 적응하기 쉽지 않았습니다

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. The staff is very friendly, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast and on the beach, everyone is very nice, especially Alice, Kin, and the "angel at the bar.""

The room's decor: the furniture is very large and heavy and takes up a lot of space.

prices of the new apartments is a little high breakfast room service for people's on holidays you could come back late and oversleep thus miss breakfast times maybe promote room services at the checkin for a fee thanks

I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home.
