The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"It was old fashioned in a lovely sort of way. Rooms were private and the grounds are lovely. Huge pool!"

A little further from the main area of town but a nice walk.

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"It was right off the main road into Lusaka so was very easy to get to. The room was large and airy. The food and service in the dinning room was excellent"

"고조섬과 코미노섬을 바로 호텔앞에서 갈수 있고 훌륭한 수영장과 스파시설 무엇보다 아침식사가 최고인 호텔이였습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 체크인할때 음료로 영접해 주면 또한 체크아웃힐때 맛있는 과자를 선물로 받아 공항에서 좋은 간식이였습니다. 아침식사때 풍성한 과일을 먹을수 있어 좋았습니다."

아쉬운 부분은 호텔 방 침대의 메트리스가 조금 업그레이드 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 조금 적응하기 쉽지 않았습니다

prices of the new apartments is a little high breakfast room service for people's on holidays you could come back late and oversleep thus miss breakfast times maybe promote room services at the checkin for a fee thanks

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. "Very relaxing and cruisy vibes. Great walks and nature right at the door. The sun shines more here than Hong Kong central. 3 days was not long enough. Recommend 5 days here. Loved the ferry ride from the city and no cars on the island."

"We have been stuck in the hotel for the last few days since all airspace in the Middle East shut down. The staff have been unfailingly courteous and helpful. Service has been excellent. Thank you!"

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

All the beach bars closing at least 1 hour prior to sunset.

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

"내륙에 들어간 곳에 위치해 있고, 후반에는 약간의 비포장길을 달려야 합니다. 하지만 11월까지 눈이 쌓이진 않는다고 합니다. 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 혼성 도미토리의 더블 침대에서 잤는데 침대 역시 아늑하고, 공기도 좋습니다. 공용 주방이 없어 식사를 해야 하고, 약 4500ISK 정도 가격이고 아주 맛있었다. 작지만 사우나와 야외 욕조가 있어 쉴 수 있었고, 식당과 작은 박물관 역시 편안했다."

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."
