"Excellent place to stay in Fayfa. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views from the terrace are incredible. There’s a great restaurant just 10-15mins walk away. Nothing more we could wish for."

"I booked a room with 3 beds, but got only 2 beds. Didn’t get the tv remote even after requesting several times so no use of the tv. There was not even a dust bin the room. Condition of shower was poor."

"فندق سيء بماتعنيه الكلمه بداية من موظفي الاستقبال لا يملكون من اللباقة شيء ونهاية بعمال النظافة اللي لا يكلفون على انفسهم بتنظيف الغرفة بعد خروج النزيل السابق لدرجة انهم مايغيرون فراش السرير وينام عليه اكثر من نزيل وتبقى النفايات في ممرات الفندق لأكثر من ساعات وعندي اثبات بالصور"
