"The location was great - quiet, near transport and shopping centre. The single room is simple and has what is needed including kettle, tea/coffee, en-suite, view of courtyard. The breakfast is very good value and unlimited. The all day tea/coffee/biscuits is excellent. This room had a big window. It was a small room but I was prepared for this. It was enough space for a short stay"
"It would be good to have a desk in the room and a safe deposit box like in other rooms or have a single room that clearly has this option. The rooms near the entrance - e.g. 3rd floor near toilet etc - catch a lot of passing traffic noise from other residents and it disturbed me momentarily on one night. It may be helpful to have signs up reminding people to be quiet, or have a glass door near those rooms to reduce noise"
