This hotel is found next to the River Stångån, 5 minutes' walk from Linköping Central Station. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. WiFi, gym and sauna access is free. "The Albert is one of few hotels in the little town of Trollhättan. It is very well known in the region for its excellent restaurant and that draws a lot of hotel guests as well who combine dinner with a night away. If you don t own a car, it's a bit steep up the hill to get there and in wintertime it can be slippery. The rooms are very nicely equipped. They should upgrade to smart TV's to keep those four stars nowadays. The breakfast is very nice, the view is excellent from that hill."
