"Our booking on arrival was different..wr booked a classical room with a balcony and sea view.. On arrival our booking was standard room, sea view and NO Balcony ."

"Cleaning was taking place in the lobby many times throughout the day. It made the place look busy to see cleaning equipment throughout the day. The security check entering the hotel was a bit excessive. Baggage had to be unloaded, passed through checks and then reloaded before going to the reception"
