"This was the best of all the hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. Excellent location, great valet parking, wonderful staff, lovely room. The aircon seemed to fail in the middle of the afternoon, but otherwise it was just a terrific experience, and we would certainly come back. Highly, highly recommended."

"Breakfast great.The breakfast staff are very professional, they are a real brigade and their manager is very responsive. Room is clean, bed confortable."

"Air conditionning is working very badly, whatever the setting of temperature the room stays hot. The hotel would have been a very good hotel in 80's. But today he looks old inside but he is clean."

"Valet parking, nice staff, location, little outdated 5 star hotel has its charme"

"No covers for the bed..Room was very hot but only a small sheet was not so comfortable we discovered during the night. We should have asked the staff. I am sure they would help us"

"L Emplacement, l équipe qui travaille et assure le service est excellente et très serviable. Les deux restaurants servaient chaque jour des repas variés et de très bonne qualité. Tout le monde était hyper réactif et souriant. Je le recommande vivement aux familles et je remercie énormément toute l équipe qui veille à assurer cette haute qualité dans un hôtel bien situé . Notre séjour était formidable et en plus on nous a laisse bénéficier d un late check out tout en continuant à bénéficier de tous les services ( déjeuner et boissons)."

"I had a pleasant stay at Grand Cevahir Hotel, and the overall service was satisfactory. Special thanks to Ms. Anzalet, the Reservation Manager, for her warm welcome, kindness, and professional hospitality, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and cooperative throughout my stay. The hotel experience was generally good; however, improving the level of cleanliness and giving more attention to housekeeping details would further enhance the guest experience. In addition, the interior design and furniture feel somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the hotel management for their hospitality and efforts."

"We loved everything. Parking is extremely limited in this area and the roads are very hectic so we didn’t make it to our originally booked hotel as we just couldn’t get there. They were very understanding. We booked this hotel because it had Parking about 10 minutes before we arrived and everything about this hotel Was just perfect. If we could rate it more than 5 out of five we would as it deserves more than 5 out of five the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially in the restaurant for the evening meal. I am a vegetarian and it’s quite difficult to get vegetarian evening meals so they made me an omelette And some other bits and pieces which was really kind of them. The food in the hotel is exceptional and really good value for money. All of the staff are exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world. They turned a disaster into a real success for us. It would be the only place I would book again when we come back to this area."
