"The apartment is cozy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and bright. However, it is situated on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a Soviet era block of flats. The stairway is in a shocking state of neglect (for Western standards at least). In the apartment itself, the safe was blocked and the television didn’t work. The administrator was not available when called for these specific problems. A big plus is that the apartment is near a Metro station (Kosmomavtlar) and has a big supermarket just opposite."

"Clean and modern apartment. Good location, Kosmonautlar metro station within short walking distance, supermarket across the street. In the room there is everything you need. Excellent WiFi. Easy to find with the detailed instructions they sent me. Recommended!"

"A lovely apartment - very clean and bigger than we were expecting. The location is good - around a 10-minute walk to the Metro, and there is a large supermarket directly opposite and three beer shops below! We always had English-speaking assistance via WhatsApp if we had any questions. It's true that for some, collecting the keys from a nearby hostel might be an inconvenience, but it is also handy because it's a place to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out if you have time to kill. The apartment is on the fourth floor which was not an issue for us, but those with mobility issues should be aware."

"Great location near a 24/7 supermarket, a pharmacy and Kosmonavtlar metro station. The property is well-kept and has everything needed for a long-ish stay (10 nights): a clothes iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a nice little balcony with astroturf and overall the space was cozy and the apartment manager was very helpful and welcoming. Excellent wifi."

"Very cosy and well maintained apartment."
"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
