"No room service whatsoever, not even for a coffee. Pillows are small square pillows. Suitable for children, but not really for adults. Very basic facilities, sirens could be heard frequently on the 5th floor, but ok if someone is used to big city noise"
"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location, close to the city center and main attractions. Metro stations, public transport stops, and grocery stores are all nearby. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. It’s very convenient that you can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Access to the floors is secured with individual key cards, adding an extra level of safety. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"The hotel is close to the centre without actually being in it so it is mostly quiet at night yet the tram line outside the hotel makes getting from one place to another so easy. The room was very clean and had everything you could need down to a bottle opener in the mini fridge! The staff were super helpful and did a fantastic job!"
