"The hotel is of course lovely and elegant. The staff was excellent; I had an injury in my foot and walked with crutches, and the lady at the reception kindly changed our room so I didn't have to walk much, as the one reserved for us was on the other side of the hotel. The bed was extra comfy and the bath was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was perfect. Extra praise for the various vegetarian and vegan options (both salty and sweet, also for the milk). Everything went perfectly!"

"Rooms are a bit old. Furthermore the hotel has different types of rooms: some standard rooms are much smaller than others. I know it, because I was initially checked-in in a smaller room with broken window. The second room they assigned me was far better than the first one."
