"Being in the middle of the property - lots of head lights and pass'er by's . I think in future we would book a more private cabin on river. Also, put in our notes about water view or on the river so wasn't happy nobody reached out to explain the location of the more expensive unit."

"A very convenient location with most facilities we needed."

"A TV would have been useful because the weather was questionable and we wanted to unwind in the evenings. Unfortunately, we were not aware that there was a possibility a freight train could pass at 8am on our first morning and, as our cabin was the closest to the railway line, (within 100yd and on a gradient) it meant almost 45 minutes of vibration and noise! That then made us very nervous about when to head off for a pre-booked appointment in case another train came through and left us sitting at the level crossing for a long period! Fortunately it was the only train we experienced through our three-night stay and, by all accounts, that is quite a rarity."
