"최상층의 2층 객실을 배정 받았는데, 최고였습니다. 새벽에 별사진 찍기에도 딱이고, 빙하를 한 눈에 조망할 수 있는 최고의 기회였습니다. 식당의 Dinner가 살짝 아쉽지만 나머지에 다 가려질 정도."

"We were early to the hotel, and we were able to use their lounge room until our room was ready. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful."
"I did not have a great experience at the restaurant, being a visitor to the country I did not know that the river pike I ordered had many small bones, making it difficult to eat safely (for me). Otherwise the meal was nice."

"We are unaccustomed to Swiss prices so it felt very expensive. Towels were on their last season,threadbare... side table was quite dusty. Check in & evening Staff were excellent. Love the room, the heating, breakfast was basic, poor bread choice. ( we stayed in 14 different places in 2weeks, I feel it's ok to have an opinion). Sister hotel in Grimentz was better for breakfast. ( Eggs was a rare treat) After walking in the mountains & staying in huts, this was one of the most comfy places. A perfect location in a quiet end of season town."
"Window box person had forgotten to water the plants. No complaints, just observations here. We don't care much for anything. It was clean, just a bit of dust. I don't care about towels..."
