"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "Simba camp is an amazing place to stay, especially if you want to experience the local culture and see wildlife. The chef cooked delicious food and even went out of his way to cater to my son's fussy eating. The highlights were definitely the morning and evening walks with Kwenia to see the wildlife and learn about the bush, the school and village visits, and beading with the local women. A very memorable experience."

"The total package. I was only here for a couple days and I wish it was longer. My body and brain were feeling great even after a short period. The Dr, the staff, it was great. it’s quiet and the ground are beautiful."

I suggest reaching out to the property to understand their packages before using booking, it created some confusion for when I got there, on what was included or not. It was by far the most expensive thing on my entire trip to Sri Lanka. if you can afford it, it’s worth it. also, get the room with the AC.

The bed was not very comfy, but all the rest was fine.

It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

"Location was perfect , next to the water stream. Chalet 121 was new and clean. L’Olivia best pizza restaurant in 2 mins walk. Perfect location for hiking and nature stay."

"The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.

Room decor could do with an update

"everything about this property was amazing the communal kitchen bathroom and pods were all amazing nice and clean accessible for a wheelchair, right across from beach an 15 minute walk from the shops. thought about everything had a list of taxis, little part of reception with toys for kids, can make cup of tea at reception after you check out if your waiting for ferry or plane. also the women at reception was so lovely and once we called answered straight away to help with our questions. was so lovely to be able to go into the water in the beach and run up to the sauna."

Daytime is noisy due to the fact, that the hotel is close to the street.

Mattress was not the most comfortable and needed extra padding.
