Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

thought £5 for a cup of tea expensive but that was the only negative.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"늦은시간에 도착을 했음에도 직원분들 모두 미소를 잊지않고, 친절게 대응해 주셔서 너무 좋았어요~ 외국어를 못하는 제가 번역 어플과 말도안되는 영어로 질문도 하고, 부탁을 하는데도 끝까지 들어주시고, 읽어주시고... 직원분들 마인드 "갑" 입니다. 여행을 다니면서 특급호텔이 아니면 객실에 우산이 비치되어있는걸 못봤는데... 2개의 장우산이 비치되어 있는것을보고 놀랐어요~ (짧은일정중에 비가 오지않아 사용해보지는 못했지만... 보는것만으로도 새심한 배려가 있다는 생각이 들고 좋았어요) 특히 마음에 들었던 부분이 "룸 키" 보통 요청하지 않으면 "룸 키"를 1장만 줘서 무더위속에 왔다갔다 하면서 쾌적함을 느끼기 쉽지 않은데... 이곳은 "내부용" 1개 / "잠금용" 1개 따로 구분해서 주셔서 놀랐고, 호텔에 머무는 동안 항상 쾌적한 룸 컨디션을 이용할수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 감히... 어설픈 특급호텔보다 좋다고 말씀드릴 수 있겠네요~^^"

관광하기에 위치가 좋은편 이기는 하지만... 매콩 강 & 야시장 등... 무더위 속에 걸어서 이동하기에는 상대적으로 조금 멀다는 느낌이 있습니다. 택시 타기에는 택시비가 아깝고, 걷기는 조금 멀고~ㅋㅋ (오토바이 & 자동차 렌트)를 추천하지만... 이건 개인의 취향이라 생각됩니다.ㅎ 조식으로 과일과 빵은 맛있게 먹었는데, 다른 것들은 조금 아쉬웠어요~ (하지만, 가성비를 생각한다면 최고였다고 생각합니다.)

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"아침식사는 먹고 싶었으나 일정이 빠듯해서 먹지 못 해 아쉬웠습니다. 2026년에도 알마티 갈 일이 있을 때는 꼭 조식을 먹어보고 싶네요. 그리고 객실 자체가 굉장히 커서 답답한 걸 싫어하는 저에게는 아주 좋았습니다."

시설이랑 위치 모두 저의 기준에서는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 금요일 저녁에 도로가에서 나는 소음이 좀 심해서 잠을 설쳤네요. 그리고 객실 내 카페트가 좀 더러웠습니다. 얼룩이 좀 오래된 것 같았는데 관리가 좀 안 되어 보였습니다.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Comfortable stay with excellent air conditioning We had a pleasant stay at Rung. One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and stayed consistent, which makes a big difference in the heat. The bed is also big and comfortable, making it easy to rest well."

The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.
