"No Internet in the room. Only worked in lobby. Not staff fault but fault of management. Major city should have wifi. Maybe more then 1 pillow and 1 towel per person In room"

"Friendly staff and great location. We asked for a room change due to fear of heights and they solved it very quickly. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Bar where every once in a while there is karaoke night"

"Staff are generally very polite and very helpful. Many thanks to a beautiful staff, Yolotzi who worked very efficient to change another room for us due to mosquito issue. And her English is good enough to tell correct information about the event parade, or else we would feel very sorry to miss it. Thankful for the guy who gave us mosquito repellent, otherwise, we would stay up all night. The decoration for the day of the dead was excellent, very attractive. The location is supreme, very convenient to go to the way of Zocalo and the other way of palacio Belles Artes as well."

"Nothing, tho I would caution late risers because the noise can start really really, if you need to wake up late, ask for a room that doesn't face the street."
